Yesterday was a busy kind of day for me. It started off bright and early too. My brother is training for a marathon and wanted me to pace her on a 8 mile run. I don’t run marathons myself but could if I wanted to. I just don’t see the appeal of competing against other people. I run for myself and don’t need to make a competition out of it. So that took up most of my morning helping her out. When I got back home I had to make a beeline to the vet’s office to pick up my cat. She was in overnight getting spayed and I had to pick her up before they closed. She’s doing great and was happy to see me. The rest of the day was spent online which is not how I like to spend my Saturdays. I had stuff to do though including doing some research into x ray tech training. I am thinking of a career change into the medical field and liked what I saw.
